JOURNAL ENTRY

It was very dark last night

not much of a moon

and after about six hours of climbing in the
dark, not much shirt left.

This is the Flag in front to the American Legion in St. George against the red bluffs and blue sky.

D. Anson is getting his base ready to perform for this group of seniors near the
American Legion. They were a great group of meet, as many as we could --
individually. Great stories and biographies for a later time.

Main Street Antiques is in the center of St. George, a city worth visiting. I had never
considered Utah as a state with a history that included the Civil War. I suspect
many, like me, think more of the eastern states: North and South.

M&S Turquoise let me wander through their shop to see how they make, repair
and polish Native American Silver. The pieces are Zuni, left: Navaho, center
and contemporary black onyx on the right.

Natt listening to a Veteran with family members going back to the colonies in 1635.

Painting on greenware in Brushfire.

I just liked this Statue just outside Brushfire
