The Walk for THE WALK Tour is a walk
across America from Malibu, California
to Washington, D.C. taking the design for
a liner museum of American History
called: THE WALK to the public.
This project is to introduce this new
design for an American History Museum
to the American public. The 3800+ mile
walk should also allow people to
understand that we do not
believe it will be an easy project, but
that it is possible to do difficult things
when the desire is there, and like the
history of this continent and this nation,
The Walk has been filled with bright
moments, exhillerating adventures
and some set backs. Each of these
has added to what we are as a nation
and who we are as a people.

WALK ACROSS AMERICA: PHOTO
ALBUM PAGES

This magnificent statue of Buffalo Bill shooting a Buffalo stands about
eighteen
feet tall.

This hawk soared overhead then drifted across the prairie, adding something
else to the horizen.

While most of the hours drift by watching the harvest, there are occassional
pastures
of cattle.

The golden colors of the ready for harvest wheat glow in front of the
rapidly
growing fields of deep green corn.

I shared a part of the morning with this gentleman who is far more than
a Police Officer,
he was a walking encyclopedia of names on this Veterans' Memorial related
stories
of many of the town's patriotic citizens. It was obvious everyone in
town knew
this home grown success. He currently wears sargeant stripes... I'm
betting on
Chief some day.

These guys were busy trying to cross the roads between the
tires of the trucks rumbling by.

Sharing another Redwinged Blackbird - just because they are so quick
to fly away each time I turn my camera their way.
